My role as Social Media Coordinator:
Over the past 7 months, I have independently managed all social media content creation for an established real estate team at eXp Realty in Hilton Head, SC. This position has given me significant exposure to the real estate industry and emphasized the necessity of professionalism in a creative setting. Through this experience, I have enhanced my abilities in relationship building, promotional content development, and consistently meeting critical deadlines.
What this opportunity has meant to me:
The opportunity to express my creativity in a professional setting has highlighted the importance of self-directed learning and provided insight into the real estate transaction process as a whole. I intend to apply the skills I have developed in this role to contribute effectively to a public relations, advertising, or digital marketing team.
Who is The Indy Team?
Amber Thornburg and Wil Flude, otherwise known as The Indy Team, are experienced real estate professionals who facilitate home buying and selling in Bluffton and Hilton Head, SC. They prioritize authenticity and originality in their client interactions. My mission has been to realize their vision for a compelling online presence, strengthening connections with current clients and establishing relationships with prospective ones. I ensure that all content I produce is concise and accessible.

About the Radio Show:
Ran Through CisternYard Radio at College of Charleston
Every week, I hosted a special guest to discuss the latest emerging artists. The show concluded in December 2024.

What Did I Play?
I played a variety of genres, including hip-hop and EDM. Some of my favorite tracks ranged from Freddie Gibbs to John Summit. I truly appreciated any guest or listener who opened me up to a new artist or song in either of these genres. During my time as a Radio DJ, I actively sought out new guests with artistic backgrounds to come on the weekly show.

WEATHER CHARLESTON
Our logo depicts a promotion for peace and unity inside the city of Charleston, SC.
In addition to LOWCOSYNDICATESOUNDS, I co-created and co-hosted a CisternYard Radio show spotlighting Charleston’s most pressing political events and climate issues. This production featured thought-provoking guest conversations with regional leaders and community voices. The show concluded in May 2025.
