My Mindfulness Journey
My life has always included physical activities such as team sports, running, weight training, and yoga. These last few years living in the Covid-19 era have taught me that outdoor activities matter more than anything in this world. That being said, I can attribute a lot of the success I have achieved so far in my career to my ability to set aside time everyday to practice using these meditative methods. One of my biggest goals in life is to maintain these physical practices throughout my career.
